BILL WACHEL
Bill Wachel is a business results oriented executive focused on leading IT in fast growing organizations. He has served as the Chief Information Officer at three healthcare related entities and was a Principal in strategy consulting with Booz Allen & Hamilton earlier in his career. Bill served as an appointee of the Governor of Texas on the Department of Information Resources (DIR) Board, the state organization responsible for strategic IT direction and policy across Texas governmental agencies and holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
LEE MARTIN
Founder, TeleRobotics International
Dr. H Lee Martin founded the company TeleRobotics International, Inc. in 1986, which went public on the NASDAQ exchange as iPIX in 1999. After leaving iPIX, he served as the initial executive director of the Tennessee Technology Development Corporation. He current leads the engineering entrepreneurship efforts for the University of Tennessee College of Engineering. Dr. Martin has been awarded two R&D 100s for product developments and holds 21 US Patents. He has authored the book Techonomics (CRC Press, Taylor and Francis Group, 2007).
JOHN CRAWFORD
Intel Fellow and Computer Architect, Intel Corporation (retired)
In his 35-year career at Intel, John provided technology leadership for their flagship microprocessors. He was the Chief Architect of Intel’s 32-bit product line starting with the 386. He later managed the development of the Itanium architecture with a joint Intel/HP team. He has been awarded 38 patents, and was elected to the National Academy of Engineering in 2002.
