TTenoil port services located at west Malaysia, Lumut Perak, which will also house various operation and activities such as shipyard building and warehousing. Tenoil also proudly provides technology of providing utility energy water from its floating utility facility that uses sea water as the source for energy. This naval innovation provide alternate electricity and water source for its port operation and shipping.

It also manages tank farm and bunkering services that serves the busy straits of Malacca.

Tenoil also holds 45 acres of land that meant to be used for future industrial use located at down south of Malaysia neighboring the Malaysia's Petroleum Integrated Petrochemical Complex project. Tenoil has developed plan to build Bitumen Premix Plant and Bitumen Storage facility at this land focusing Southern region market.
