Mahasakthi Welfare Society was founded by a group of women members as a social development and voluntary organization under the Tamilnadu Society Registration Act in the year 1998 vide Reg No: 74/98 and dated on: . The Founder and Secretary of MWS (as acronym) namely Mrs. P. KALA., – an energetic young Woman has wishes to communicate the society with greater confidence to do the service for the people in need and to promote awareness and action efforts for their wholistic development. Then they should get their rights, thus she started the organisation. For the past several years of her dedicated services, she had been made positive changes over the lives of thousands of poorer community. Initially, MWS started at a small manner and it was legally registered by 1998. Now Mahasakthi Welfare Society (MWS) is successfully completed its 22nd years of services and proudly marching towards the social upliftment of marginalized.
