3 How do I avail YRVHR Services?
- It’s very simple. Choose the subscription as per number of employees. Just click on “Get Started”

4 Payment for Subscription
- Once you select the subscription, you will be directed to our payment gateway. Choose the desired payment mode like Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, UPI and complete payment

5 Renewal of Subscription
- We suggest you to take annual subscription, as it comes with a forever offer of one month discount. Monthly subscriptions are payable on or before 5th of every month.

6 Raising a ticket
- Any support required from YRVHR can be obtained through raising a ticket in the Company Portal. The status of tickets can be viewed in the same portal.

7 Escalation
- All tickets raised shall be closed within a turnaround time of 48 hours. In case of any unresolved issue, please write to virtualhr@youngrush.com
